SpaceX disclosed on Friday that Google executive Donald Harrison has resigned from the rockets-to-AI company's board after more than a decade.
Harrison notified SpaceX of his resignation on November 4, and it took effect immediately, the company said in a disclosure on Friday.
Harrison, a longtime executive at Google, is currently president of Global Partnerships and Corporate Development at the search giant.
The departure ends a board tenure that spanned SpaceX's rise from a startup launch provider to one of the world's most valuable private companies. SpaceX did not immediately say whether it plans to name a replacement for Harrison on its board.
