Sean Diddy Combs Lawsuits, Five new civil lawsuits have been filed against hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs in federal court in New York. Two men and three women accuse Combs of sexually assaulting them at parties in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas. One of the plaintiffs was just 13 at the time of the alleged incident.

In addition, Combs faces federal allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he disputes. Combs is presently being held at a Brooklyn jail. The cases have been brushed off by his legal team as publicity stunts, saying that “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

The lawsuits allege that Combs or his associates drugged the plaintiffs at these events, causing them to feel disoriented and incapacitated. Several of the cases claim Combs raped, forced oral sex on, or groped the victims.

In one especially unsettling scenario, another unidentified celebrity was also accused of raping a 13-year-old girl during an after-party for the 2000 VMAs. In a another instance, a female artist alleges that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her, leaving marks on her arms that appeared to indicate that she had been restrained.

If found guilty of the federal charges, Combs could spend the rest of his life behind bars. He is going to be put on trial in May 2025 for major crimes including racketeering and sex trafficking. Combs is charged by prosecutors with overseeing a criminal organization that mistreated women and coerced them into drug-fueled orgies under duress.

Combs, who has repeatedly been denied bail, has entered a not guilty plea to all counts and is still being held in custody. The musician is facing an increasing number of claims, including rape and sexual assault, with over 100 potential clients preparing to file lawsuits against him.
